The fee issue has been fixed in the latest release of the CoinPayments adapter, 1.0.7. Thank you very much for spotting this!

In the latest version 1.2.2 of the WooCommerce Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway extension, the dropdown in the checkout page only lists coins with enough balance to pay for the cart.

This feature is now implemented in version 0.2.3-beta of the plugin.

    Hello,

Great news that you solved the IPN issue.

I will make a note to check again the deposit fees as soon as possible. I believe you are correct, the 0.50% fee is probably counted twice. If so, will fix it ASAP.

Your request about a total value change % sounds possible. I will have to look at it.

If you wish to clear all test data, please see the troubleshooting section in the documentation, under “I have finished testing the plugin and am now ready to use it in production. I would like to clear any deposit addresses and transactions that I used in testing.”

    kind regards

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    1. Unfortunately the position where stuff is presented on the page is the concern of your theme, not the plugin. Therefore it would not be easy to position the crypto selector UI elsewhere.

    2. Yes, it is possible to only show coins with sufficient balance. This makes sense and I will add it to the next release. Thanks.

    3. The WooCommerce Gateway extension does not currently work with multi-vendor plugins. This is in the future plans but requires a lot of work and will not be out soon.

    kind regards

P.S. In the future, could you please open one thread per issue? It makes tracking issues easier for both of us. Thank you!

    Hello,

When you import transactions, they are not executed. They should instead appear in your transactions list at the state they were in when exported, and with their original date.

Also, when you import transactions, there is a count of transactions successfully imported and a count of total transactions read from a file. Any transactions that are already in your DB would fail to be reimported. Any DB errors would also cause a transaction to not be imported.

I would recommend that you first verify that the move transactions are not imported. If not, then there might be clues in your mySQL’s error.log file. The errors will also be written into your WordPress debug log if logging is enabled in wp-config.php. The errors would be written at the moment you attempt the import. Could you please check?

Please let me know what you find.

    kind regards

    Hello,

Your DB schema looks good – it is upgraded to the latest version. The symbol column in particular allows for symbols with a length of 8 characters.

It might be a good idea to check your debug log for errors as mentioned before. For instructions, please have a look here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

Please let me know if you see any errors written to the logs, especially at the time when you visit https://scoobycoin.com/my-account/?__wallets_apiversion=2&__wallets_action=get_coins_info

    1. Is your site a multisite? If so, AND if the plugin is network-activated, then you will find the wallets sub-menu under the network admin menu, not the site-level menu.

    2. If the above is not the case, then I’m not sure why this would happen. Could you try disabling other plugins, or possibly switch to another theme to see if that helps?

    3. Do you see any errors in your WordPress debug log? You would first have to enable logging: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

I could also login to your site to have a look if you like.

    Hello Nick,

I would recommend that you first set up Bitcoin, even if you do not need it. This way you can get the feel of how this all works with a wallet that is known to work correctly. These smaller coins that you mention could have buggy wallets, so it’s best if you isolate for that case.

Unfortunately, I do not undertake installations, as mentioned in the FAQ. However, I am able to help you with any specific questions you may have about installations.

You mention that your site crashes when you try to connect to the wallet. Have you checked the Troubleshooting section of the main plugin for this? Please see “When I activate the plugin, my WordPress becomes extremely slow and is unusable.” If the plugin hits a firewall then it would cause timeout errors, therefore crashing the site. Also, check that your RPC credentials match those set in your .conf file.

Please let me know how exactly connecting to the Bitcoin wallet crashes your site. Does the site become slow and/or unresponsive? Or does it show some error message? If there is an error message, please share it with me.

    thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for reporting. This is a common problem with the CoinPayments adapter.

    1. Is this a new installation of the CoinPayments adapter?

    2. If so, have you checked the troubleshooting section, under “Deposits come through to the CoinPayments platform but do not show up in the plugin.”?

The troubleshooting section is on the adapter’s homepage.

    3. Do you see any error message in the “Account keys” tab?

This bug has been resolved in today’s patch, 3.6.2. Can you please check?

If you continue to experience a problem then it is due to something else.

    Let me know please.

    Hello Nick,

If you delete both plugins from your client’s plugins directory then the site will definitely work now.

Please check the troubleshooting section of the documentation for more information on what to do in this situation. Check the section “When I activate the plugin, my WordPress becomes extremely slow and is unusable.”.

If you need to diagnose the problem you might need to enable debugging and check the logs. If you see any errors in the logs, please send them to me or post them here.

    Hope this helps.

    kind regards
