KeymasterI’ve never seen a VAT IN with slashes or other symbols, it should be something that can be validated online with VIES.

Perhaps you can contact the relevant authority and ask them specifically about which number can be validated?

KeymasterHello,
Thank you for paying for membership.
You have signed up with a tax-exempt plan for European businesses, and you have provided a VATIN that does not check out on VIES for Germany. This is why you do not have access.
Could you please check the VAT IN you provided? Is your business registered in some other country?
If you do not own a registered business in Europe then I can provide a refund and you can sign up with a non-tax exempt plan.
You can also contact me via email about this.

KeymasterHello,
That is correct. The reason your coin doesn’t show is that it’s exchange rate is not known.
You would have to use this PHP code to pull the exchange rate from somewhere:

KeymasterThe coin is not selectable because its exchange rate is not known, therefore it is not possible to use it for payments.
Please see the following example code for how to add the exchange rate of a custom currency:
https://gist.github.com/alex-georgiou/492196184f206002c864225180ca8fbb
Let me know if you need any more information about this.

EDIT: The above would be needed to add a custom coin, for Litecoin please make sure that you have enabled at least one exchange rate provider (all of them carry the BTC_LTC rate). If you are pricing your products in a fiat currency, such as USD or EUR, then also make sure that you have set up fixer.io, so that the plugin knows the exchange rates between cryptos and fiats.

KeymasterThe result of the JSON API call for
get_market_summaries
is cached using WordPress transients. Normally these expire and the data is updated, but depending on your webserver cache they might not. Setting the value to 0 is a good workaround, glad to hear it’s working now.with regards

KeymasterYes, that’s correct, the IPN messages cannot reach a local server. Glad to hear it’s working now.

KeymasterHello James,
Are you aware that the CoinPayments platform requires KYC/AML now? You should go through the process if you haven’t already, as they only allow API access to verified accounts now.
Once you do, deactivate the CoinPayments adapter for a few minutes (2 minutes at least), then activate the plugin again. It should work.
