Multisite (aka network) installations are now supported by the Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets WordPress plugin as of version 2.2.3.

Notes regarding multisite installations:

1. In each of your child sites you will have to manually set sane values in the Capabilities menu and in the Coin Adapter settings. This will be improved soon in another release.
2. Never connect a wallet to more than one site. For example do not connect one Bitcoin wallet to two sites. Each site must have its own isolated wallet.
3. If a site is deleted, the transaction info on that site will be deleted too.
