How do i as a admin – deposit fiat to a user ( is it via USERS if so where)
How do i as a USER – deposit fiat to my account ? … can i do it via woocommerce ( buy a coupon of 100 eur add my code) and it is deposited into my account ?
How do i actually deposit fiat to a user account – lets say i have 100 euro from user … how do i credit his account with 100 eur ?

As a user, you cannot perform fiat deposits by yourself.
