    We are trying to deposit TrX to our website main wallet in the cold storage – using the function DEPOSIT in COLD STORAGE part of the Bitcoin Altcoin wallet.

    We Initiate the deposit to the account – pressing DEPOSIT – gets adress – paste adress into main trx wallet on tronscan – deposit the amount – TRX shows on coinpayments page – but not in the “cold wallet” on the bitcoin altcoin wallet. It should be in the balans where the rest of the trx is.

    What are we missing..

    Your deposit should be added to the hot wallet balance, but not to any of the user balances. Did your hot wallet balance not increase? The hot wallet balance is shown in the adapters list page.
