It seems like my membership subscription is out of sync between your system and the paypal system.
On your system My expiry date is 7 February 2019 not matching up with my paypal subscription renewal dates.
My One Premium Subscription on paypal is only set to renew on the 11th February 2019.

Next payment due 11 Feb 2019
I actually have 2 active subscriptions but I am happy to leave both running as you do such a great job 🙂

My apologies. I am not sure why this happened, and I will investigate tomorrow.
In the meantime I have extended your subscription manually for a few days.

You do not need two memberships, you should cancel one or the other.
