Negative Balance

    I have 0.2 Zencash and the balance appears in negative -0.2

    In the “adapters” section, a larger amount appears in “sum of fees paid” than in “Hot wallet balance”. It seems that this is the reason for the negative balances.

    The hot wallet balance can be less than the total user balance or total fees paid.

    About the negative balance, could you email me a complete list of transactions on that user and for that coin?

    It is possible that you are encountering a problem that is discussed here.

    The problem was that deposit fees incurred from the coinpayments platform were previously not accounted for towards user balances. Now that they are, the balances appear negative.

    The problem will not occur again with new transactions, as the bug has been patched in the latest versions of the parent plugin and the coinpayments adapter.
