Insufficient balance issue

I have enough balance of dogecoins but when I go to make a move between wallets or use the exchange I get the message that I have an insufficient balance. I can send the dogecoins but the message is there.

Hi Alex,

I’m experiencing the same problem.

The wallet itself holds 0 coins. But I got the displayed amount with moves.

Another strange thing is that if the first number of the Amount is below or equal to the number of the displayed balance it doesn’t show the warning. But the actual Transaction works even with the warning displayed works.

Thank you for reporting this and for providing the screenshots.

Obviously something is going on here since you are the second person reporting this problem.

However I have not yet been able to reproduce the problem.

I will continue looking into this and will report back here. There’s a few more things I need to try.
