Fiat withdrawal question

Good day
When a user performs FIAT withdrawal, it started to give the error:
Cannot withdraw 57.000000 ENTRC because only 0.000000 is available.
There is 57 in the user’s balance. But it shows as the screenshot:

What would be the reason that makes a balance Unavailable?

Hello,

This is expected behavior:

The user has already submitted a withdrawal and it is in pending state, therefore this balance is now locked.

The site’s admin should now go to Tools -> Fiat Withdrawals and mark the withdrawal as done, once the fiat amount is sent to the user.

Alternatively, the admin can cancel the withdrawal and the funds will be again “available”.

The concept of unavailable balance is described in the glossary section of the manual.

The error message appears when the Admin tries to Approve the withdrawal from the Fiat Withdrawal tool.
