Where i have to set up reference number for every clients?

The reference number for deposits is assigned to each user automatically. It is treated as a “deposit address”. It is a string that uniquely identifies a user-currency pair. You can view these for each user by visiting the profile section of a user, where the deposit addresses are listed.
