A new installation completely – everything works but not send to another user – i get ” could not contact server – server error” .. checked ipn history ( no transaction there – checked firewall – no outgoing connections)
No firewall issues what we can see
No wordfence issues
Cannot figure out what is stopping the transaction.

The IPN history is only relevant to withdrawals from the CoinPayments adapter.
If you are initiating an internal transfer, such as from the [wallets_move]
UI, this will not touch the coin adapter. Instead, the frontend sends a JSON API request to the server. Only if the server is not contactable at the moment would you ever see a server error.
Can you please show me the exact entire error?
