The capability matrix does not displace the full range of options for me to control. It does not display controls for Customer and Shop manager. What could be the fix for this ?
I’ve attached a screenshot of it below.

Hello,

The matrix shows the editable roles. Normally for an admin this should be all the roles.

Are you logged in with a user that does not have the edit_users capability?
