I just requested 10 LTCT and the same has happened with that. I got the notification form coinpayments, and it has appeared in page=wallets-menu-adapters but not in my account. I checked all other accounts too, neither BTC nor LTCT have appeared in any user account. The sum of user balances doesn’t appear to have updated either, all that shows is the LTCT that has been in there for some time already.
