Today a new payment gateway for Events Manager Pro is released. This was a user request and is now made available for all dashed-slug members.

Events Manager is a free WordPress plugin that lets you manage event bookings in WordPress. Its Pro extension, available from https://eventsmanagerpro.com/, allows for interconnection with payment gateways. This payment gateway bridges Events Manager Pro and Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets, so that your logged in users can pay for event bookings from Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency balances that they maintain on your site.

Today’s release version is 0.1.0-beta. This means that while it has been tested, members are encouraged to verify correct operation and report back any remaining issues. All defects will be addressed. Please submit any issues to the support area for this extension.

Current roadmap:

• The WooCommerce payment gateway needs some minor improvements. A patch release will be available over the next couple of days.
• The next requested feature is a payment gateway for a subscription or membership plugin. Expect this to be developed soon.
• The base plugin, Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets needs some improvements. including a way for admin users to view and edit transactions. This is long overdue and will be released soonish.
