This seems to be a plugin conflict. If you have the shapeshift plugin, deactivate it.if you have any other crypto plugin rather from dashed slug, try disabling them and checking again.
Did you do any customisation to the plugin adapter or the core plugin? If yes, that might be where it stemmed from.
Try backing up your site or database, updated any outdated plugin, deactivate the exchange extension and reinstall after deleting. Then try checking again.

Just look at that pix I just attached now. If u can point at what JS scripts to stop the validation, I will be glad. I can change the texts. Just look at this last image please. Next time, I will post it in the right place coz I thought here is general discussion.
Oh. I understand. Can you just point to the the js file bearing the right authentications so that I can disable them and change the banking details texts myself please. It’s not a feature request but rather I just need to stop the authentication of the parts I showed in the attachments and have whatever user inputs sent across to my mail box than waiting for the authentication which most of them can’t really understand and it’s time consuming disturbing me through contact forms.

You can write your own exchange rate but first, install any of the hot wallet adapters like the coinpayments (best choice) or the blockio dot io adapter to setup the wallets nodes. Then install the airdrop extension, use it and airdrop sone coin of your choice to your admin account, then install exchange extension to setup market orders so that your users can buy coin you set up from you and it will be deposited into their own wallet automatically from any wallet adapter you setup, then same way they can sell and it comes back to you. If they will do external withdrawal of coins, you will have to buy real coins somewhere and send them into your wallet so that the Blockchain can confirm the transaction. Please give me a clearer picture of how it could be set up to offer the rates I set up than showing this non-valuable prices I have in Nigerian Naira.Okay Sir… Another issue now is, after placing some limit orders, I created a test user and used the market_buy_btc to order some crypto since my exchange pair is NGN_BTC. I ordered0.00004 btc that I valued @ NGN1000 (about $2.30) with the test user, the trade happened but in the Total NGN box, it’s only the taker fee that is charged… The fiat I funded in it about NGN500($1.15) keeps reducing only fees but not the trade amount… Why is it so?
